Cydarm is pleased to announce acceptance into the Strategic Procurement programme of the Council for Australian Universities Directors of Information Technology (CAUDIT).

Inclusion into the programme builds on Cydarm’s success at Monash University. Dan Maslin, CISO at Monash University, says “Cydarm forms a key part of Monash University’s ability to track and respond to cyber incidents. In particular, Cydarm has simplified and improved our incident response playbooks and allowed the Cyber Risk & Resilience team to have access to a variety of metrics for reporting. The team at Cydarm Technologies provides great customer support and the platform is excellent value for money.”

Cydarm’s case management platform is built for security operations centres (SOCs) of all sizes and dispositions, and can be deployed in a hosted secure enclave, or on customer infrastructure. The platform enables organisations to coordinate responses to cyber threats, integrating with existing security and IT technologies to streamline response activities. Cydarm’s data capture capabilities, combined with a flexible and powerful access control model, allow SOC teams to rapidly generate reports for senior decision makers as well as external partners and regulators.

According to Cydarm co-founder and COO, Ben Waters, “With budget constraints and increasing threats, there has never been a better time to implement evidence-based security. Cydarm enables organisations to make informed decisions around resource prioritisation and deployment of security controls, through security incident metrics collection and reporting.”

The CAUDIT strategic procurement programme provides simplified procurement for Australian Universities, and access to standardised vendor pricing for all universities.

Cydarm is proudly Australian developed and owned, with headquarters in Melbourne Australia.
